Beckhoff BC9000 Ethernet TCP/IP Bus Terminal Controller
As an Ethernet TCP/IP Bus Terminal Controller, the BC9000 pairs a bus coupler with integrated PLC functionality, communicating over TwinCAT ADS and Modbus TCP at 10/100 Mbit/s with automatic rate recognition. The Beckhoff controller supplies up to 96 kB program and 128 kB data memory plus 4,080 bytes of remanent flags, supports 64 Bus Terminals, and executes IEC 61131-3 programs with cycle times of approximately 1.5 ms per 1,000 instructions on 24 V DC supply.
