This return policy applies to all orders placed with Enicstra LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Enicstra”).
Enicstra undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the delivery address indicated by the customer when placing the order. In order to optimize the delivery, we kindly ask the customer to indicate an address to which the order can be delivered during normal business hours.
1. SHIPPING ZONES
Enicstra offers international shipping services, enabling delivery of parts to most territories around the world. To ensure the safe and efficient distribution of orders, Enicstra collaborates with recognized carriers, including UPS and FedEx, who provide services such as UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Saver, FedEx Express and FedEx Priority.
Enicstra reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on the characteristics of the order and the destination, guaranteeing compliance with its order delivery commitments.
All orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). For security reasons, Enicstra will not ship any orders to PO Boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any orders where it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be indicated in the quote sent by Enicstra to the client before placing an order.
Shipping costs may depend on different factors such as the place of delivery of the order, duration of delivery and the costs established by the carriers.
3. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
At Enicstra we prioritize fast delivery, especially in urgent situations. Whenever possible, we process and ship orders the same day they are confirmed. Delivery times, which may vary depending on part availability and location, will be communicated in the quote or directly by our sales team. Once payment is received, your order will be handled immediately to ensure efficient shipping.
Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m. (noon) (GMT) or your order may not be processed until the next business day.
Orders are not processed on weekends and major or US Federal holidays. that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order to be tracked through the corresponding courier company. Be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the relevant courier company according to the tracking number provided or contact us through our contact means for further assistance and information.
5. CUSTOMS TAXES
Customs duties may apply to international orders depending on the customs legislation, treatise or policy of each country. The customer is responsible for the payment of any customs duties that may be imposed on your package upon entry into the destination country. Please check the customs situation in your country regarding the import of goods and the collection of customs duties before placing an order, as Enicstra is unable to provide you with this information. Enicstra is not responsible for the payment of any customs duties that may apply to your international orders, nor for any packages returned or undelivered due to non-payment of such duties. The payment of any customs duties that may apply to your order is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.
6. DELAYS
Enicstra is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, Enicstra is not responsible for delays related to the courier service itself. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
7. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
8. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Enicstra will not be responsible for or reimburse lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the delivery address they provide when placing an order is correct, current and accurate.
If your order is not delivered due to incorrect, inaccurate or obsolete delivery addresses and the order is returned to our facility, we reserve the right to charge you additional delivery charges or to terminate this agreement and issue a refund with the discounted value of the delivery.
9. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Enicstra recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your business office or facility. Enicstra is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.
10. SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered to have been completed from the moment Enicstra makes the product available to the customer, which is made possible by the official tracking system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered”.
