Welcome to Enicstra LLC!

This return policy applies to all orders placed with Enicstra LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Enicstra”).

Our return policy forms part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our terms and conditions, our privacy policy and our shipping policy. We reserve the right to change this return policy at any time.

Returns are only made once the product has arrived at its destination and has been received by the customer, no returns are made on products that are in transit for delivery or have not yet been delivered.

By placing an order with Enicstra, you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights.


1. RETURN PERIOD

Enicstra offers its customers a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return or refund. This period is applicable to all products, provided that the terms and conditions detailed in this policy are met.


2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

For a return to be accepted, the products must meet the following requirements:

  • Be in their original condition, unopened, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged.
  • Retain all tags provided at the time of purchase.
  • Be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories or additional documentation.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.


3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the customer must notify Enicstra within 7 days of receipt of the item. It is mandatory to provide clear evidence of the defect or damage, such as photographs or videos, along with a description of the problem and details of the order.

In case it is confirmed that the product was delivered in defective condition or damaged during transport, Enicstra will bear the return costs and offer the customer the following solutions:

  • Repair of the product, if possible.
  • Replacement with an identical or comparable item, subject to availability.
  • Full or partial refund, including shipping costs associated with the original transaction.

For damaged or defective products reported outside of the 7-day period, Enicstra will review each incident on a case-by-case basis and may apply standard warranties, as appropriate.


4. RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate the return process, the customer must contact our Customer Service Team within the 7-day period, providing:

  • Order number.
  • Reason for return.
  • Relevant evidence, such as photographs or videos of the product in its current state.

Once the return is approved, Enicstra will provide specific instructions for shipping the product to our designated facility. It is recommended that a trackable shipping service be used to ensure receipt of the item.


5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the product has defects or errors attributable to Enicstra, the shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer. Enicstra is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transportation of the returned product.


6. REFUND OR EXCHANGE OPTIONS

Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, Enicstra will offer the customer the following options:

  • Exchange for an equivalent product, subject to availability.
  • Partial / full refund of the amount paid for the product, using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund may take up to 14 business days to be reflected in the customer’s account, depending on the deadlines set by the financial institutions.


7. RETURN RESTRICTIONS

Certain products are excluded from this return policy:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Electronic parts that have been used.
  • Items that have been modified by the customer or do not comply with the conditions specified in this policy.

Enicstra reserves the right to return these products to the customer with shipping costs at the customer’s expense.


8. THE CUSTOMER’S LEGAL RIGHTS

This policy does not limit or supersede the legal rights of the customer in jurisdictions where consumer protection laws apply that provide additional rights.
