Pick to Light
Enicstra stocks pick-to-light hardware used to guide manual picking and assembly operations through illuminated indicators at each pick location, with confirmation sensors (light or button) to verify the operator has picked the correct part. Inventory covers individual pick-to-light modules, multi-color indicator displays, confirmation sensors (photoelectric beam-break, mechanical button, or motion-detect), and the controllers and Ethernet-connected master units that drive systems of hundreds of pick points.
Brands carried include Banner K50L pick-to-light, Aioi Systems and AIOI-EWA, Lightning Pick, Murata pick-to-light, Sanritsu, Daifuku, ID Label, and assorted OEM-integrated systems from Aioi, Lightning Pick, and Crusader Engineering. Obsolete pick-to-light hardware — discontinued Banner K50L first generations, retired Lightning Pick early codes, end-of-life Aioi modules — are sourced through our supplier network. Each unit is bench-tested for indicator function and confirmation switch and ships with a 12-month functional warranty.
For obsolete pick-to-light hardware, send the OEM part number for a quote within 1–2 business days.
