Keyence EM-080B Proximity Sensor, Shielded Type, f8, NPN
Keyence’s EM-080B is a non-contact proximity sensing device. Keyence catalogs the EM-080B as a main unit with a shielded body and an NPN output. Solid-state switching handles the high cycle counts that would destroy a mechanical limit switch. It is used for end-of-stroke confirmation, cylinder position sensing, and part-in-place checks. Mounting nuts and brackets are ordered separately for most models.
