Beckhoff CX1500-M200 Lightbus master fieldbus connection
The CX1500-M200 Lightbus master fieldbus connection equips Beckhoff CX10x0 Embedded PC systems with two fiber optic interfaces for the 2.5 Mbaud Lightbus, moving 32 bits of process data in 25 microseconds. As master it manages up to 254 nodes with a maximum of 65,280 I/O points, supporting synchronous or free-running communication and parallel operation alongside other master or slave modules. The field-installable module attaches via the PC/104 system bus under TwinCAT 2.
