Beckhoff CX1500-M750 SERCOS II master fieldbus connection
SERCOS II drive networks connect to Beckhoff CX10x0 Embedded PC systems through the CX1500-M750 master fieldbus module, which offers FSMA fiber optic interfaces per IEC 872-2 and selectable data rates of 2, 4, 8 or 16 Mbaud. The master addresses up to 254 slave devices with synchronous process data communication and permits parallel operation of several master connections. A 2 kB DPRAM links to the CPU, and configuration occurs in the TwinCAT 2 System Manager.
