Beckhoff CX1100-0004 Power supply units and I/O interfaces
Uninterruptible power for CX1020 Embedded PC systems is provided by the CX1100-0920 UPS module, which uses maintenance-free capacitive storage rated 40 As instead of batteries. Attached over the 16-bit ISA PC/104 interface, the Beckhoff module outputs up to 1.1 A at 24 V DC, allowing data saving and controlled shutdown when the supply fails. Retention time adjusts by rotary switch or software, TwinCAT recognizes the unit automatically, and outputs are short-circuit and overload protected.
