ifm efector UGT590 Inductive Proximity Sensor
The UGT590 is an ifm efector ultrasonic sensor for non-contact detection. It is supplied with a 80 mm to 1.2 m sensing range, 4-wire NPN switching with either normally open or normally closed action and connector termination. The unit runs on 10 to 30 V and is sealed to IP67. Clear plastics, black rubber, and liquid surfaces are all readily detected. Machine builders use these where optical sensing is unreliable. Brackets and cordsets are separate items.
