ifm efector GM701S Inductive Proximity Sensor
ifm efector’s GM701S is an inductive proximity sensor. This model offers a 10 to 15 mm sensing distance, 4-wire PNP switching and an unshielded die-cast zinc rectangular block housing. It runs on 19.2 to 30 V and is sealed to IP67. An oscillating field is damped by approaching metal, which is what triggers the output. Machine builders use sensors of this type as the standard position feedback element. Verify the supply voltage and output type against your controller inputs.
