ifm efector I7R217 Inductive Proximity Sensor
ifm efector’s I7R217 is an inductive proximity sensor. The unit provides a 6 mm sensing distance, 3-wire PNP switching with either normally open or normally closed action and an unshielded polyamide rectangular block housing. In service it runs on 10 to 35 V. Because nothing moves, an inductive sensor outlasts the limit switch it usually replaces. Applications include conveyor and transfer position sensing, tooling confirmation, and speed monitoring. Mounting brackets, nuts, and cordsets are ordered separately.
