ifm efector MVQ301 Inductive Proximity Sensor
ifm efector’s MVQ301 is an inductive proximity switch. This variant provides PNP normally open switching, an unshielded polyamide and stainless steel rectangular block housing and connector termination. The unit runs on 20 to 30 V and is sealed to IP67. An oscillating field is damped by approaching metal, which is what triggers the output. It suits jam detection, cam and shaft monitoring, and fixture clamp confirmation. Confirm the sensing distance, output polarity, and termination against the sensor being replaced.
