ifm efector GM504S Inductive Proximity Sensor
The ifm efector GM504S is an inductive proximity sensor. This model offers a 10 to 15 mm sensing distance, an unshielded die-cast zinc rectangular block housing and connector termination. The unit runs on 19.2 to 30 V and is sealed to IP67. Because nothing moves, an inductive sensor outlasts the limit switch it usually replaces. It is used for position confirmation, end-of-travel detection, and part presence on machinery. Verify the supply voltage and output type against your controller inputs.
