Beckhoff EL1012 EtherCAT Terminal
Fast signal acquisition is the focus of the Beckhoff EL1012 EtherCAT Terminal, a 2-channel digital input for 24 V DC signals per EN 61131-2 type 1/3. Its input filter of typically 10 microseconds suits rapid sensors where a standard 3 ms debounce would be too slow. The terminal uses 4-wire connection technology, provides 500 V isolation between E-bus and field level, and needs no configuration.
