ifm efector GG851S Inductive Proximity Sensor
ifm efector’s GG851S is an inductive proximity sensor. As built, it provides PNP switching, an unshielded PBT and brass M18 threaded barrel housing and connector termination. In service it runs on 10 to 30 V and is sealed to IP67. An oscillating field is damped by approaching metal, which is what triggers the output. It suits jam detection, cam and shaft monitoring, and fixture clamp confirmation. Verify the supply voltage and output type against your controller inputs.
