Beckhoff CX8090 Embedded PC
Communication flexibility defines the CX8090 Embedded PC, which speaks real-time Ethernet, ADS UDP/TCP, Modbus TCP client/server and open TCP/IP-UDP/IP over one 10/100 Mbit/s port plus two switched RJ45 bus ports. A 400 MHz Arm9 processor with 64 MB DDR2 RAM and microSD storage executes TwinCAT 2 PLC programs to IEC 61131-3. The Beckhoff controller recognizes E-bus or K-bus terminals automatically, integrates a 1-second UPS and consumes only 3 W.
