Beckhoff BX3100 PROFIBUS Bus Terminal Controller
Positioned above the BC series, the BX3100 PROFIBUS Bus Terminal Controller from Beckhoff adds a two-line illuminated FSTN display, joystick navigation, battery-backed real-time clock and two serial ports alongside its PROFIBUS slave interface with automatic baud rate detection to 12 Mbaud. Program and data memory each measure 256 kB, and up to 64 Bus Terminals connect directly, or 255 via K-bus extension. Programming follows IEC 61131-3 under TwinCAT with 244 bytes of fieldbus data per direction.
