Beckhoff BK1120 EtherCAT Bus Coupler
The BK1120 EtherCAT Bus Coupler from Beckhoff links the 100 Mbit/s EtherCAT network to standard K-bus Bus Terminals, translating Ethernet telegrams into the internal terminal bus protocol. One station accepts up to 64 Bus Terminals, or 255 using K-bus extension, with a process image of 1,024 bytes in each direction. Two RJ45 ports permit 100 m cable runs, power is 24 V DC, and mounting is on 35 mm DIN rail.
