ifm efector MK5140 Electronic Switch
The ifm efector MK5140 is a magnetic cylinder sensor. It offers PNP normally open switching and a rectangular block housing. In service it runs on 10 to 30 V and is rated for -25 to 85 °C. These sensors read the magnet in a pneumatic piston through the cylinder wall, so nothing intrudes on the bore. It is used for end-position and mid-stroke feedback on pneumatic cylinders. Verify the sensor length and cylinder bore against the unit being replaced.
