Beckhoff EL6930 EtherCAT Terminal communication interface
The Beckhoff EL6930 TwinSAFE Logic terminal combines a safety controller with a PROFIsafe gateway, linking EtherCAT safety applications to PROFIsafe masters. Up to 128 safe connections, 255 certified function blocks and 32 TwinSAFE groups are available for logic from Boolean operations to muting, with cycle times around 500 microseconds. The terminal is certified to DIN EN ISO 13849-1 Cat. 4, PL e and EN 61508 SIL 3.
