ifm efector MK5137 Electronic Switch
ifm efector’s MK5137 is a magnetic cylinder sensor. This variant provides NPN normally open switching and a rectangular block housing. The unit runs on 10 to 30 V and is rated for -25 to 85 °C. AMR and GMR sensing elements give a tighter, more repeatable switch point than a reed contact. Applications include verifying cylinder extension and retraction before the next motion is allowed. Verify the sensor length and cylinder bore against the unit being replaced.
