Beckhoff BC3150 PROFIBUS Bus Terminal Controller
Combining a PROFIBUS fieldbus interface with a local PLC, the BC3150 compact Bus Terminal Controller from Beckhoff operates as an intelligent slave with automatic baud rate detection up to 12 Mbaud via its 9-pin D-sub connector. It offers 48 kB program and 32 kB data memory, addresses up to 64 Bus Terminals or 255 with K-bus extension, and is programmed to IEC 61131-3 in TwinCAT with roughly 3 ms cycle time per 1,000 instructions.
